We’re looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter who knows the Egyptian tech market inside out and can help us attract the talent that powers our growth. If you’re driven, creative, and love shaping hiring strategy as much as closing great candidates — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle hiring for engineering and tech roles across Egypt (Alexandria), Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and other locations.
Build strong talent pipelines, especially in Egypt’s fast-growing tech scene.
Partner with Hiring Managers to define roles, advise on market realities, and improve our hiring process.
Represent Sana Commerce with energy — you’ll excite candidates about our culture, mission, and international journey.
Drive continuous improvement: new sourcing tactics, smarter processes, better candidate experience.

What You Bring
At least 5 years of tech recruiting experience, ideally in MENA.
Deep familiarity with the Egyptian tech talent landscape is required.
Strong sourcing skills, great communication, and a “make it happen” mindset.
A team player who enjoys both strategy and hands-on recruiting.
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate, and eligble to work here.
