At Sana Commerce, we're looking for a Cloud engineer - Azure to work with our global team to manage and monitor all installed systems, environments and infrastructure and resolve issues that come in through our notification system.

What you'll be doing:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to our customers by troubleshooting, resolving issues, reporting and working together with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and to lower human intervention on all tasks.
- Work on hosting projects (e.g. Developing effective cloud infrastructure, Migrations, Azure optimizations, housekeeping, enforcing good architectural principles, providing technical oversight, and ensuring security best practices are implemented and followed).
What you'll bring:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Azure cloud infrastructure management and other related services.
- Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of DNS ,IIS, MSSQL and other Microsoft services.
- Familiar with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix
- Familiar with scripting languages such as shell scripts, PowerShell.
- Preferred requirements: Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g.: AZ 900, AZ 104)
- CV/Resume must be in english.
- Working Hybrid (2 day at the office in Medellin, 3 at home)
Nice to have:
- Understanding containerization services such as Docker & Kubernetes (e.g.: AKS).
