Laurens moved from a big corporate to Sana Commerce for the benefits of being in a scale-up. As a Customer Success Manager, you get to create valuable strategies for Sana Customers on how they can best use their web store to increase customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty. It can be incredibly rewarding when your strategy is carried out successfully, and you see your customer succeed.
